At PartsPoint, we are committed to providing high-quality appliance parts and excellent customer service. Please review our return policy carefully before making a purchase.

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date for eligible items.

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The part must not be installed or used.
  • The item must be in its original sealed packaging.
  • The product must be in new and resalable condition.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Parts that have been installed or attempted to be installed
  • Items with opened or unsealed packaging
  • Electrical components once opened
  • Special order or non-stock items

Return Authorization

Before returning any item, customers must contact us to request a Return Authorization (RA).

Please include the following information in your request:

  • Order number
  • Part number
  • Reason for the return

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to be processed after the returned item is received.

Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was damaged or incorrect upon delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
